A crew-scoped conviction vote counts as a multiplier on individual Hatcher signal — but costs reputation if the launch rugs. Skin in the game.

Earn
When a crew-discovered token graduates, a portion of Hatch's 0.5% LP fee is split across the crew by reputation share — pro-rated, no stake locked.
